Expertise in healthtech and medicine, whenever you need it.
At MCG we follow a structured process to maximise the value created for our clients and streamline our delivery.
Phase One
Clinical Immersion
We listen closely to your requirements, explore the details of how clinicians will be used and consider any relevant strategic or regulatory obligations.
Our team of clinical, product, and operations specialists take the time to understand your business’s specific needs. We then break that down into how those needs are best addressed by a clinical solution, including skill mix, time requirements, and relevant experience needed. We evaluate when certain projects must be completed and where you have clear interdependencies, such as regulatory approval.
Phase Two
Review & Proposal
We evaluate your project requirements and feedback with a structured proposal of the clinical requirements.
With the information we have collected in the clinical immersion phase, our team of experts create a bespoke clinical strategy for your business. We focus on building a solution that delivers your clinical needs on time and on budget. We will recommend an overall clinical strategy, what input you need, how it should be onboarded, and how it should be managed in the future. This allows your business full transparency on timelines, budgets, and deliverables, supporting you with long-term planning and fundraising requirements.
Phase Three
Execution
We allocate the right clinical experts to your business at speed, removing your requirement to lead lengthy recruitment processes.
We will find you the clinicians you need to deliver on the goals of your business. We will also work with them to support their onboarding and ongoing management to ensure they can be productive from day one, and continue to be aligned to your business goals as they evolve over time. We cover issues that can often slow down the process of clinicians starting such as indemnity and contracts, and our detailed work on job specifications means there are clear responsibilities established from the start.
As the work goes on we continue to remain available to provide ongoing support where required to both your business and clinicians, allowing us to share best practices across the sector.
“Getting our clients the right advice early can save them time and money in the future.”
